The DG-1001 is a further development of the DG-1000, which has been offered by DG Flugzeugbau since 2000. The original two-seater spans 20 m and is valued worldwide as a reliable training aircraft.

With a scale of 1: 5.55, our DG-1001 has a wingspan of 3.6 m and, like the original, can also be equipped with an electric motor or impeller (in the original jet engine).

The DG-1001 follows the principle of "keep it simple". Thus, like the original, our model has ailerons and spoilers.

The landing gear and the landing gear flaps are already installed and the canopy is glued and painted. The kit also includes a cockpit expansion set, which offers a very nice basis for scale enthusiasts.

The take-off weight in the electric version is less than 5 kg, which makes the model usable on every slope. In addition to its very good flight performance, the model impresses with its grandiose look, which is in no way inferior to the original.

The pack size is only 1.8 m.
